For Residential cleanings, GT Corporations will schedule a cleaning crew during daytime hours for client’s convenience. For a deeper Commercial clean, our Janitorial team will schedule cleanings after-hours as to not disrupt business operations during the daytime, and to ensure we are able to give your facilities a deep sanitized cleaning.   

Our Porter Teams are highly trained, knowledgeable, and guarantee your facilities are to be cleaned in an immaculate fashion. GT Corporations will keep a checklist to certify presentability of all facilities under the contract's scope of work for all our clients, staff, and residents.

Porters can perform basic cleaning and general maintenance tasks including light cleaning, event set up, event breakdown, event cleanup, replace light bulbs, light housekeeping, trash can cleanings, emptying garbage, and providing other light duties. We service commercial buildings, Condominium regimes, Homeowner’s Associations (Clubhouses & Amenities), Office Spaces, Restaurants, Banks, Retail Spaces, and Warehouses.
